Bed Linen
For bed linen in all dorm, we charge EUR 2.80 once per guest. In private rooms the bed linen are included.
City-Tax
We are obliged to pay a city tax of 5% of the total amount. We have to ask you at arrival to pay the additional amount. Business travelers are exempt from city tax but need to provide evidence. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you and hope for your understanding!
Cancellation Conditions
Individual travellers up to 10 persons:
Until one day before arrival 18.00 (local time at hotel) the reservation can be cancelled free of charge. If you cancel later, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged. If you do not show up without cancellation, the 1st night and city tax will be charged. This also applies to short-term bookings within 2 days prior to arrival. “NONREF” bookings are also not cancellable.
Any discounts or special offers through online booking engines can not be cancelled.
Groups of 10 or more people in the hotel:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge. Up to 4 weeks before arrival; 50% of the total price. From the 27th day before arrival; 100% of the agreed total price.
